Our Banks

Operating in Yorkshire, Staffordshire and North Warwickshire, we offer BNG units in Southburn, Wood End, and Wychnor Meadows. These strategically located habitat banks are designed to support your development needs.

At Dragonfly, we manage sites throughout their lifespan, ensuring ongoing biodiversity gain. We handle all monitoring, reporting, and funding for the project's lifetime.

Our commitment is upheld through 30-year agreements, with progress reported to a local authority under a s106 agreement or a conservation covenant, guaranteeing robust and sustainable biodiversity increases for future generations.

All of our sites are classified as very high, high, or medium distinctiveness under DEFRA statutory metric, ensuring long-term sustainability.

Our units are ready from the word go and chosen to maximise biodiversity and deliver authorised offset BNG.
